In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "2jybet", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 2jybet platform, its operating entity, and all affiliated services accessible via the domain https://2jybet.com.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 2jybet platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created on 2jybet, through which all platform services are accessed.
• "Platform" means the 2jybet website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and account management tools.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any staking of PKR funds by a user on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, or other gambling product offered on the platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole operating currency of the 2jybet platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matching deposits awarded to a user under a 2jybet promotional offer, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process, including CNIC submission, required before withdrawal processing is permitted.

By accessing the 2jybet platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with 2jybet's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 2jybet. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

To be eligible to register and use 2jybet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 2jybet strictly enforces this age requirement. Any user found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a 2jybet employee or associated partner.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise barred from gambling via any applicable regulatory mechanism.

To access 2jybet services, you must complete the registration process and create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

The following conditions apply to all 2jybet accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 2jybet account. Opening or operating duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 2jybet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Accurate information: Providing false, misleading, or fabricated registration information — including false CNIC numbers or date of birth — is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Non-transferability: Your 2jybet account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• KYC verification: 2jybet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

All financial transactions on the 2jybet platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit on 2jybet is PKR 100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method limits may apply.
• Accepted deposit methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and USDT TRC20.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider. 2jybet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
• 2jybet does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Processing typically occurs within 15–30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa during normal operating hours.
• 2jybet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request it considers unusual or potentially fraudulent.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements attached to the relevant promotion before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 6 for full bonus conditions.
• Withdrawals where KYC has not been completed, or where identity verification is pending, will be held until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

2jybet offers various promotional bonuses to registered users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all 2jybet promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 2jybet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms may be amended, and it is the user's responsibility to review current terms before opting into any offer.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
• 2jybet reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or reverse promotional credits where abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a promotion is suspected.
• Real-money balances are used before bonus funds unless otherwise specified. The order of fund usage is displayed in your account balance breakdown.

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the 2jybet platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, UFC, and all other sportsbook markets:

• Bet placement: A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation notification from 2jybet. Bets that have not received confirmation are not valid and will not be settled.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds at which your bet will be settled.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to individual markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 2jybet reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market without prior notice.
• Event cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market is settled, bets will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Live in-play betting: Live betting markets are offered in real time during matches. 2jybet reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Any bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the market is suspended will be void.
• Errors and manifest mistakes: 2jybet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error. A manifest error is defined as an obvious and palpable mistake in the odds offered — for example, decimal odds materially diverging from the true market price due to a technical fault.
• PSL and cricket markets: PSL and international cricket markets follow the standard cricket betting rules published in the 2jybet Cricket section. Ball-by-ball and in-play markets are governed by the live betting rules in this section.

The following conditions apply to all casino gaming activity on 2jybet, including live dealer games, slots, roulette, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Ganesh Fortune, and all other casino products:

• All casino games on 2jybet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, and are provided by internationally certified game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Habanero.
• Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios. The live game outcome is determined in real time by the dealer and is not subject to platform-side manipulation.
• In the event of a game disconnection during a live casino round, the round outcome will be determined by the studio's own records. 2jybet will credit winnings based on these records once the session is reconciled.
• 2jybet reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify any game from the platform at any time, including during active sessions, in the event of a technical issue or compliance requirement.
• Game malfunction voids all pays and play. In the event of a software or hardware failure that affects the outcome of any game, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2jybet platform. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Money laundering or using the 2jybet platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. 2jybet is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant financial authorities.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit by exploiting pricing errors across markets.
• Opening duplicate accounts or registering using false identity information.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to disguise your true geographic location or identity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 2jybet platform.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 2jybet support staff or other platform users.

All content on the 2jybet platform — including but not limited to the 2jybet brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data feeds, odds compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2jybet or its licensed content suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any 2jybet content without express written permission.
• Use the 2jybet brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform, including odds data or game results.
• Create derivative works based on any 2jybet content or platform feature.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jybet's total liability to any user in connection with the platform, these Terms, or any bet or game played on the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in the user's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

2jybet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated winnings from bets that were not placed due to technical issues.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, network failures, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access to your account.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 2jybet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2jybet is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire platform. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period. Loss limits function on the same increase/decrease schedule as deposit limits.
• Session reminders: Receive automatic alerts after a set duration of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). Your account cannot be reopened early during a cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from 2jybet indefinitely. Self-exclusion is enforced immediately and irrevocably. 2jybet will not send promotional communications to self-excluded users.

2jybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 2jybet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 2jybet platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 2jybet support.

The version of the Terms currently in force is always the version published at https://2jybet.com/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the 2jybet platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which 2jybet operates. 2jybet operates under international gaming regulation and holds all necessary licensing for the provision of its services.

In the event of a dispute between you and 2jybet, we encourage you to first contact our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution process established by 2jybet's licensing authority. Users retain any statutory rights available to them under applicable consumer protection law.
